Fundraising for DMD Research - 13th November at Lords, London.

A yearly event until we all tire of it (!!) - raising money for the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Trust, in short, our squad of six, almost eager individuals (1 X DMD Dad's and 5 X DMD supporters) play six-a-side cricket at Lords Indoor Cricket Ground, until we either get knocked out of the group games or get beaten in the semi-final or the final. Please see below:

We've been in the Final's and the Semi's in past years a couple of times, so we've been no pushover!!!

Your support will spur us on - so it'd be great if you please support us on our DMD research fundraising cause.

Please keep checking back for the total we reach - as the Justgiving pages don't close for this event until 13th February 2009 at the earliest!

Many Thanks for looking.
Colin Warner (wicket keeper/missile stopper, DMD parent and DMD Trust Chair!!)

FLM 2008 - another classic Marathon.

This year had it all, including heavy rain/sleet and the Massai warriors too, however we also had Jann who has managed to raise a fantastic £600 and also helped create and had a truly memorable day herself.

As the photos appear to demonstrate - amazingly Jann is the only person that I've met who looks fresher at the finish than she did at the start of The Marathon!?!

I don't think there's any denying it is there, "AFTER" is defintely a little brighter than "BEFORE"!?!?!

Many Thanks to Jann and of course to all those who raised money for the DMD Trust at the FLM 2008 and all those who supported in person and/or sponsored DMD Trust runners too!!
